Beautiful outdoor patio. It was wonderful sitting outside, hearing live music and enjoying "people watching" in City Centre. The cocktails are unique, and "Friends Having Dinner" was a wonderful bourbon based drink. We did not have time for dinner, but there are a good selection of appetizers, and the deviled eggs were pretty good. Service was decent, but maybe not quite as attentive as I have seen at similar restaurants.

This place consistently never disappoints for a great happy hour! We do wish the pre mixed drinks like the friends having dinner wasn't pre mixed- it needs less sweet and more bourbon IMhO, but did everything is always so good otherwise! Including the staff, this time Matt was our server and he really helped us make great choices!

When looking for a spot to have brunch, you hope you can find a place that has a nice atmosphere, great food, and pleasant service. We found that at the Daily Gather. We throughly enjoyed our brunch, but what really made the difference was our server Reesa. We could tell she loves what she does and she loves people. We were really thankful we chose the Daily Gather for our brunch spot today. We were blessed and well fed.

I have two main goals when I write reviews. 1) Prevent someone else from having a poor experience like me or 2) Share the joy when I have a pleasant experience somewhere. If you read my reviews, you'll notice that they're either really good or really bad. I don't write middle-of-the-road reviews because I don't think they're as helpful to others or useful in achieving my goals. I don't typically expect any kind of meaningful follow-up after my review. I'm updating this review because I'm impressed with the way management at Daily Gather handled themselves. I thought the food was between 3.5 - 4.0, so I'm updating it accordingly. While service ultimately led to my having an undesirable experience, Ashley is the first manager that has ever reached out to me to acknowledge that after reading my review, ask for feedback, and take immediate steps to educate her staff as a whole and our server privately, and prevent any other patrons from having a similarly disappointing meal. She took steps to ensure I would give Daily Gather another try. Unfortunately, not being a resident of Houston, I really couldn't take advantage of her offer, but I'm impressed with Ashley's professionalism, promptness, and follow-through. In the past, when establishments have reached out, it's usually to gaslight me, dispute events, deny accountability, or they just drop the ball entirely. I wanted to make sure what happened to me didn't happen to anyone else and I feel confident that will be the case. Of course, running a restaurant is tough and there will always be other hiccups with turnover in servers and staff and unexpected circumstances, but I believe Daily Gather will always be moving in the right direction. Good service starts at the top. Thank you, Ashley.

We've been to Bacaro for numerous special occasions--birthdays, anniversaries--as well as "just for fun". The service, ambiance, and quality are always impeccable! This family-owned restaurant is a favorite with our family and it will be yours as well. We love their entrees across the board and don't forget that delicious desserts (my fave is the Italian Cream cake) Bon appetit!

I decided to venture out to here for my birthday brunch and it did not disappoint. I made a reservation ahead on Resy because I wasn't sure if it was going to be packed for a Sunday brunch. In retrospect, there were plenty of tables available that a reservation wasn't needed but they were able to reserve me a semi private booth/table in the back that comfortably sat my party of 7. I also love the personalized touches they added for my birthday such as a "happy birthday" centerpiece and cards with ice breaker questions for the group to get to know one another. Since there was a big group of us, we decided to split the ultimate brunch board. It's a spin on your charcuterie board but with brunch items. There was a wide range of foods from sweet to savory. There were 5 of us the split the board and we all left full. My favorites from the board were the deviled eggs, chicken, and french toast. The restaurant also surprised me at the end with their chocolate chip skillet cookie! The food was delicious here but I have to commend the staff on the wonderful service they provided and for making me feel special on my birthday.

We hosted a party there on Friday night, and it was truly amazing! The staff went well beyond what I could have even expected, and the food was awesome. I can't even begin to express my gratitude with Dawn and her team.

My husband and I love daily gather and got seated at the most ideal table in the sweetest girls(Patty) section at the end of the long corridor. Food was delicious and service was top tier. We will be back many a time!
